David Grizzard - CEO I’m a seasoned IT professional with over 30 years of experience managing and supporting systems across Windows, MacOS, and Linux platforms. I’ve obtained MCP, MCSE, and Apple Certified Help Desk (ACHD) certifications during my career and bring a strong mix of strategic thinking, hands-on technical expertise, and user-centered support. My experience spans Active Directory administration, email administration, antivirus admin and backup systems, spam and web content filtering, Nextcloud installation and management, Cisco Call Manager admin, Wi-Fi networking, and physical security systems—including security cameras admin and access control admin. I also have extensive hands-on experience with structured cabling, wiring, and termination. Whether deploying a cloud-based collaboration suite or pulling cable in a new build, I focus on delivering stable, secure, and integrated IT solutions that work seamlessly across platforms and people. |

Daniel Weiss - President I started out in 2011 with a background in programming, but quickly pivoted to hardware, servers, and networking. Since then I have been lucky enough to work with very diverse networks and environments allowing me to gain experience in a wide range of interesting technologies. From the beginning I have gravitated to Open Source technologies as I love the flexibility to work in varied environments and capabilities that are often gated behind expensive licenses and paywalls. As as Linux Systems Administrator I've dealt substantially with networking, security, and site hosting. Having spent more then a decade reading logs from Internet facing systems I've seen the endless floodgate of noise that is the internet and how it's evolved over time. I've primarily worked on running and securing in-house email, file & document storage, critical system availability and backups, infrastructure design, and project management. My philosophy is to help the user or company solve their issue in the long term, not just to fix the immediate problem. As counterintuitive as it sounds, I prefer to make it so you have to call IT less often, so you can do what's important. When dealing with larger software and solutions, all too often "experts" will offer amazing solutions that will solve all of your problems, but vanish or get a job elsewhere before they actually have to deal with the consequences of that decision. I much prefer to build a solution that both meets your needs and that will be easy to work on 1, 5, or 8 years from now. |
